01 / Your furniture plan
Describe the ordinary room routine.
Show the conversation group and the quieter activity area on the plan. Record retained furniture and identify whether the two groups are used at the same time. Describe any expected rearrangement in plain terms, including which pieces move and where they go. Keep the request focused on the routine the team actually intends to follow.
02 / Your furniture plan
Review chairs with the handling plan in mind.
Compare exact chair dimensions and available product information in the intended group. Ask about the model’s handling and care guidance rather than assuming that a particular shape is easy to move or supports stacking. Record questions against the exact configuration under review. Involve the team responsible for the room arrangement when assessing the proposed choice.

03 / Your furniture plan
Count shared pieces only once.
Give movable furniture a clear room or inventory identifier and show where it is intended to be used. If both groups need their own pieces at the same time, keep those quantities separate. If the plan intentionally shares furniture, document that sequence. Do not let an assumed overflow arrangement silently reduce the new-piece request.
04 / Your furniture plan
Keep sofas in their proposed groups.
Record the sofa footprint with the separate chairs and retained tables around it. Ask which configurations are available and what dimensions are relevant to the access review. Count sofa pieces separately from lounge chairs and intended occupancy. Identify whether a sofa stays in one arrangement rather than treating it as part of a general movable inventory.

05 / Your furniture plan
Give the quiet area a material review.
Compare available samples beside the retained finishes in the quieter group, including any tables or bookcases that remain. Record the intended relationship to the main lounge palette and save the exact references. Ask for care guidance for each selected item. Keep a different finish option visible if the two settings need separate choices.

06 / Your furniture plan
Include the routine in the furniture inquiry.
Begin with the Tennessee location and a photograph of the space being changed. Explain the conversation and quiet-area uses, then add model references, piece counts and access details as they develop. Ask about the proposed delivery and handling scope. Keep any later room expansion separate from the immediate arrangement being reviewed.
An illustrative room schedule
Illustrative furniture-piece schedule
| Room | Lounge chairs | Sofas |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation lounge | 4 | 1 |
| Quiet activity seating group | 4 | 0 |
Eight lounge-chair pieces and one sofa piece are shown for groups used independently. Any intentional sharing needs a documented arrangement; occupancy is reviewed separately.
